I set an appointment with Dr. Rubino because I wasn't being 'heard' by my neurologist, who was treating my migraines. I was always deferred to his nurse, who would only talk to me through the portal. It was more than frustrating. Dr. Rubino was ON TIME, an EXCEPTIONAL LISTENER, VALIDATED my concerns, and was very STRATEGIC about her approach to my migraines. She wanted my immediate feedback on the care she is providing me, and gave me an office number to text her. She responds within minutes. I am so impressed, and her advice is spot on. Dr. Rubino was one of the kindest and most helpful doctors that I have ever seen. I am traveling for a few months and she researched all of the different meds and shots that I would be needing. She gave helpful advice and was very down to earth. I was seen immediately and waited for only a few minutes in my room.
