It is cash based practice, payment is required upfront prior to the visit. Fee for Medication refill/urgent care visit vary- starting price is $80.00. Please call if you have any questions, we are willing to work with you if payment is an issue. We do not refill controlled substances nor treat or manage ADHD, please do not book an appointment in regards to these conditions.
