Medart Institute is a multidisciplinary medical center located in the Chicago-land area. The Institute was created based on the medical knowledge and experience of our doctors in collaboration with best domestic and international specialists. Providing extensive, multidisciplinary and individualized patient care is the overarching goal of the Medart Institute.
Medart Institute organizational structure includes two locations: in Chicago and Buffalo Grove.
Both facilities use innovative diagnostic and therapeutic methods including advanced medical and aesthetic equipment. We perform diagnostics tests and comprehensive treatment for patients with various medical conditions. In our rehabilitation Department highly qualified therapists create a personalized therapy plan for each patient with acute and chronic diseases or injuries.
The center offers comprehensive care which meets patient’s individual needs in the field of aesthetic and Anti-Aging Medicine. Its mission is to prevent changes that appear as a result of aging and to keep the body in excellent health. Highly trained team of doctors help to develop an individual and personalized plan to maintain the skin and body in the best form, prevent the aging processes, and correct imperfections in a safe way.
At our clinic we speak various languages, we respect cultural differences, and our doctors devote as much time to the patients as is needed.

picture doesn’t look like the doctor. unclear communication when i tried to follow up the front desk lady was rude and rushed me off the phone. the doctor herself was not listening to me and clearly didn’t look at my file before the appointment because she kept asking things i already filled out. never got an explanation on my blood results and was told to get an ultrasound on my breast but never gave any paperwork and didn’t give me any information when i asked. stressed me out more made me more uncertain about my health. just terrible

Overall disappointed, she wasn't the best listener, she didn't ask me about the health issues I was there for (which I wrote down on the intake). It felt rushed and she was quick to jump to her own conclusions without asking questions about my health or the timeline of when I started having health issues.

It was okay. Wait time prior to the appointment was super long. I was unable to fill out the forms on the website, so I had to manually fill them out and then the receptionist had to fill it on the website, seems outdated in 2025.
I asked the Dr. for genetic testing and she said "not today, you can do that on your own". I was a bit taken back by her response.

It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a Dr’s office. The nurse was so experienced that I didn’t feel a thing for my bloodwork. The doctor was quick and efficient and was transparent with pricing for additional treatment. I was in and out in a flash with a follow-up.

Even though I was quite nervous, because I don't like needles. The staff was very welcoming and cared for me properly. I felt cared for genuinely. The nurses are very caring, helpful and understanding. The Doctor is amazing.

Was looking for a primary care physician, specifically female, but the doctor thought I was there for a medspa appt. Office space smelled so strongly of cigarettes (odor was at least from one office worker) and air freshener that it was making me nauseous. No check in process-the office was obviously overwhelmed. Papers everywhere and boxes stacked on the floor. I was very uncomfortable and would never return or recommend. The doctor seemed incredibly pissed when I said it was not the place for me.
