All staff members were friendly and courteous. I was shown to an exam room within 10 minutes of my arrival. I did not feel rushed through my exam, and my Provider Elise was through and open to discussing any questions or concerns. Best of all, I didn’t have to pay for parking.

We recently moved to San Marcos, TX, and had a hard time finding a doctor in the area who could see my daughter without a months-long wait. Thankfully, I found Nurse Practitioner Warner through Google, and she was able to see my daughter the very same day. Nurse Practitioner Warner took the time to sit with us, truly listen to our concerns, and make us feel heard. She was kind, patient, and very understanding. Her staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the entire experience even better. We're so grateful to have found such wonderful care!

This was a great experience. I have not had much success with trying to find a good office and provider for primary care. I am SO grateful and excited for this team. My time was respected and valued - not wasted or dismissed! And Elise was attentive, engaged, caring and fully present. This is one of the best experiences I have had in health care in a very long time. So glad they opened an office near me!

My first time going here, at first I was skeptical because the surrounds. But then when I walked in it was a very clean and nice environment. Staff was friendly. Amanda helped answer all my questions even her Med Student was very great and also answered all my questions. I love how they have everything to get done there at the office. The doctors and staff are always ready to assist or treat you during your visit. My appointments are always on time whether a telehealth call or an in person visit. Whenever any of the medical staff says that they will get back with you regarding refills or with any information, it is always followed through. I enjoy the atmosphere at both locations.
