I came in for ADHD care but was pressured to switch my Medicaid plan and designate this office as my PCP before I could be seen. They even called the state insurance line on speaker to push the change through. After running unrelated labs (despite my recent results), I was told they couldn’t help and needed a psychiatrist instead. I left with no real care or referral. It felt like a bait-and-switch and a waste of time.
