The NP was nice but I was waiting almost 2 hours and the office was not full of patients, I have no idea why it took wo long. And even if there was an emergency someone could have said something but they didn't. I got what I needed to get done done and I did.

My experience was amazing. Everyone was very pleasant, patient and nice. All the staff communicated well and they listened. The place was very clean and every one remained 6ft apart and all the doctors and patien had mask on properly the whole time.

The office staff was pleasant. Checkin was smooth. I did not see the provider I scheduled an appt with. I don't even know if he was in the office. I was taken to the back to see the Physical Therapist who explained what would be done and she then told me I would receive a call the following Monday once they checked to see if my insurance would cover my visits and I have not heard back.
