While traveling away from home to visit family, I developed a large cyst on my left elbow. I went to Urgent Care, and was seen by someone who seemed experienced and competent. She palpated my elbow, said she was not sure what was the cause of my problem, and ordered an x-ray. The x-ray images turned out to be inconclusive, and she recommended that I get a needle biopsy, for which I would have to go to a hospital emergency room (ER) since that was not a procedure that the Urgent Care team performed.
I left, and went to an ER. They examined me and did a diagnosis without doing the needle biopsy. They told me in my situation they would not do a biopsy, because the benefits were outweighed by the risks of introducing a new infection through the biopsy itself.
For tests and treatment that do not require an invasive procedure, I would continue to recommend Urgent Care. And I thought it wise of them to refer me on to an ER when further workup was needed that exceeded their skill set.

To make a appointment is extremely easy. They have multiple appointments available, also service was very knowledge.
Only the office did not take secondary VA insurance.

This office is very nice, the staff was great, and I really liked the NP that saw me, he, Eric, was extremely well informed about the medication I needed and he also took his time to explain things to me. Good experience. I highly recommend.

So happy with this urgent care! Beautiful office with friendly and caring staff. I loved being able to provide my insurance and patient details online ahead of my visit so I didn’t have to spend 15 minutes with a clipboard in the waiting room. Best urgent care experience I think I’ve ever had.

Excellent! Calm and kind. Doctors, PAs and staff deliver solid medical care and information that is attentive to patient's emotional and physical well being. Great sense of empathy.
