Dr. Hermann is no nonsense. He's thorough, clear, empathetic, asks a lot of questions and walks you through everything. The staff are friendly, professional, and kind. The doctor's humor is very New York (a little sarcastic, he nailed me with a couple of deadpan zingers), but to be fair, that's my style and he may just have been making me comfortable.
