Medical Eye Associates began with a single ophthalmologist. Since that time additional ophthalmologists and optometrists have joined, our name was adopted, and Medical Eye Associates has evolved into one of Central Florida's most trusted eye care centers. Therefore, our mission is not only to provide you with superior ophthalmologic care, but to provide it with the utmost compassion and respect for each and every patient. Dr. Mont Cartwright, who leads our highly qualified staff, is a board-certified ophthalmologist with additional certification in oculofacial plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Very friendly and knowledgeable doctor. The office was full but that’s the usual sign of a good doctor. The staff was amazing and very kind to my young daughter who was worried about the visit. They made sure our follow ups and secondary appointments were fully handled before I left - even though a couple of them had to stay a little late to make sure everything was complete.

Rude front desk staff, they were speaking of other patients and calling them horrible names out of there name. They were rushing for lunch because they were all starving, something j know because they were yelling at each other about it. The doctor saw me for less than five min and didn’t let me speak or ask any questions, the techs were rude, and billing wasn’t explained, I was only told to pay if I want to be seen. I ended up paying for a service later in the appointment was determined to be the wrong reason for me to be there. Horrible office. Never seen anything like it before in regard to the service received.

Parking space very limited. Suggest Uber or Lyft. Crowded waiting room, just like every doctor these days. Staff is friendly. Limeited surgical facilities in Orange County.

Staff is great. Wait was ridiculous even with an appointment still had to wait over 2hrs then Dr see you towards the end of a day for 3min. Didn't even gived a chance to ask questions

The wait time was 3 hours. The staff didn't talk to me about my son's vision test result. Instead was given another appointment for 2 weeks later and we dont know why? Or the reason for the follow up appointment. I would not recommend this place . Very disappointed.
