For over 15 years Dr. Vassallo’s office has remained committed to the traditional primary care model.
You’ll note the difference when you make your first phone call. There isn’t a maze of prompts, rather
just a friendly person who wants to help. Our front staff personal can assist with general information,
schedule your appointment, fill your refills, or order that test you need.
We are there for you! When you are sick you can’t to wait a week to see your doctor. That’s why we
offer same day, or next day service. This can be done in person or via or telehealth system. We are
dedicated to getting the care you need when you need it!
The healthcare system is complex, and our staff has many years of navigating these complexities. We
take the stress out of prior authorizations, referrals and complex testing.
Our staff takes you health as seriously as you do! Dr. Vassallo and his nurse practitioners are dedicated
to keeping you healthy. Dr. Vassallo believes that prevention or chronic disease is the most important
thing he can do for you. Most physicians take a 5-10 year view of your health. Leveraging today’s
technology we can look 20 years ahead and decrease your risk of common diseases like high blood
pressure, diabetes, and cardiac disease.
If you are a person with chronic illnesses like heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure choosing our
practice is a great place to renew your healthcare journey. For over 15 years we have been successively
treated older adults, adding productive years to their lives.
Being an independent practice means more flexibility in making a treatment plan for you. Our staff only
answers to you our patient. No corporate CEO to tell us who to refer you to, what tests we can order,
what medications we can write. We design a plan that’s right for you with the least amount of referrals
and hassle.

Front desk staff was super friendly. The nurse that came in to do my blood pressure and go over paperwork was super thorough and kind. The doctor came in promptly and went over all of my concerns with me. Gave me recommendations on how to help with the problems I was having. He was also fun to chat and joke with, not a stick in the mud, which was nice. I'm very happy that I came here and will definitely be back. I'll also be referring my husband to come.

I immediately felt comfortable from the first person I spoke to on the phone to each person after that. The entire staff is welcoming and friend. The doctor is personable, friendly snd interested in connecting to patients. He listened to me and I felt heard.
