The doctor is great to deal with but the person checking in patients didn't seem to know what she was doing. I was asked if I checked in online and I said no, I'm checking in here in person. She then said I had forms to complete and I advised her that I completed the forms online prior to the appointment. She then looked and said she sees them now. I just feel like that should be looked at prior to saying I need to complete forms or maybe even asking if I completed any forms online prior to the appointment. She then stated that "checking in online" is completing the forms online prior to the appointment. I have NEVER heard it called that and her tone appeared to be more like I was inconveniencing her than her trying to assist me. Other than that, I enjoyed my experience with the rest of the staff.

Even though there was a glitch as far as my emails saying one day for my appointment and their system saying another, they were able to squeeze me in and give me friendly, welcoming care and Dr. Naqvi was top notch. She took her time, showed interest in me as a person and addressed all my concerns. I’m happy to call her my new PCP.

No clear instructions on entering the office and both clerk windows were closed. After filling everything out online, I ended up waiting for over an hour before getting called. Many other patients came and went before I was seen. What a waste of time.

Front desk member is not friendly and not clear communication.
I called the office for my referral hold by medical assistant for so long than disconnected the phone and than call again every time put on for hold and than disconnected. Dr is very good but staff is not

Dr. Humera Naghvi is a wonderful Doctor. Does not rush you, listens to what you are saying / checks everything . They have phlebotomist on site , so you don’t have to go somewhere else for blood tests. It will all be taken care of right there and then.
Also, the office staff are all very pleasant which is a big plus .

The doctor seemed very nice but office staff is not professional. my first appt. I was called multiple times to come in early and I could not. Then they called again to confirm appt at the time I previously denied and when I questioned them about it, the lady was rude and hung up. Did not send prescription to pharmacy even after I had to call them a week after my appt. A couple months later I'm getting tons of emails and text about a new appt that I did not authorize. I call to cancel and again rude and hung up. I really liked the doctor but her staff ruined it.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Naqvi. I needed to see a doctor quickly and she had appointments the next day. She was so sweet and really took the time to listen to me and my concerns. I highly recommend her.

I felt like this appointment was a waste of time. I told the doctor I wanted to have a physical because I hadn't had one in years, and the second she walked in before we had even talked, she said I looked healthy and she could guarantee nothing was wrong with me. I told her that have a friend who, during a check-up, was told her neck looked slightly enlarged and get it checked out, and then she found out she had cancer, but had no symptoms. She dismissed that and told me I still looked fine, but she'd check me out. All she did was use her stethoscope and felt my stomach, and that was it. Then she kept trying referring me to a ton of other doctors without any reasoning. I would not recommend her. I feel like I need to see another doctor just to get a proper check-up.

Huge wait time like over an hour , even though I was the only person waiting. Had to do paperworks again even though I filled up everything online. It was an annual physical where I also brought up a keto rash i was having at that time, which she seemed to have no idea about, and then later charged me for that as different consultation. I have never had such a bad experience in last 11 years that I have been doing annual physical with several different primary care doctors. Just to top it off, staffs do not seem very
knowledgeable about patient’s personal privacy choices. I cannot recommend anyone to go at this place, and trust me I have barely written any reviews in the last decade, I felt like I should warn other people on this one.

I made an appointment and waited for about 35-50 mins. I did fill out the forms on ZocDoc but when I got there I had to fill out most the forms again. The doctor seemed like she had a bad day. She was very mean to the nurse helping me. DURING my pap smear, DIFFERENT staff members were walking in and out of the room. It made me very uncomfortable. This isn't my first pap smear but by far this was the most painful. The black nurse and the sweet lady who scheduled my next appointment was the only thing I enjoyed about this office. Personally this place isn't for me.

Doctor Naqvib was very knowledgeable and comminicated exceptionally well.
All my many questions were answered. However the wait was ridiculous. And my complaints about the wait were met with answers that were like it was no big deal. Thankfully, the doctor was so efficient as were the gals handling the prescriptions for labs.
