The doctor I scheduled my appointment with was not present, which is not acceptable. It appeared that the practice may have been operating under his license without him being there. While the dentist who performed my cleaning was professional, I specifically booked this appointment to see the doctor I selected. I expect an explanation for this situation.

Eric and his team were professional and helpful. This was my first time there and Eric spent time reviewing my x-rays and explaining to me what he was seeing as well as providing commentary on dental work I had received from my previous dentist. He was a great communicator.
What I also found impressive was that I didn't feel like he was upselling me on anything. I brought in a night guard that had cracked as I assumed it would need to be replaced but Eric explained that it really didn't need to be and why, which was music to my ears.
