Dr. Malakian is amazing. She is patient, listens intently, friendly, has a wonderful bedside manner & most importantly diagnosed & treated my illness. I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Malakian & Dr. Hull (who I usually see but was not available). The staff at Dr. Malakian & Dr. Hull’s office are also amazing in the way they treat & care for their patients.

The medlife was very efficient. I was few minutes early they took me right in and saw physician. He was very polite and thoughtful. Listened to me . Gave me results and treatment .prescription for my condition. I was in and out in 30 minutes . I highly recommend this business . I have used them several times . Always helped me to better health . I prefer them over my regular mds. So grateful they were open on New Year’s Day. I give them five stars for dedication and caring

It was the worst office visit I’ve ever had. There was one other person that waited with me and my visit took over a hour and a half from walking in to leaving, even though I had booked an appointment. I had also provided my insurance and drivers license online, along with providing pictures. Naturally, I was asked for my insurance and ID first thing. The computers were down so my personal medical information was written on gloves and post it notes. My wife heard the staff talking about me and my personal medical information in a mocking manner. I was not given any instructions on the prescriptions I was given. I’m not sure if I should continue to use the over the counter medication I’m using or not. Since the visit took so long, I left at 5:57 and my prescriptions were sent to a pharmacy that closes at 6 so that did me no good. The only positive I can think of is I was eventually seen.

Terrible experience. First, being prompt at 1200 hours for my appointment, free waiting 5 mins for a link? I did not. I then called and got paired with a “new” associate. The associate seemingly did not know what happened with my appointment and that it was listed in person rather than video as booked. The associate sent me an email per a new booking at 1230 hours via a video call, I get on the video call at that time, waited another 5 mins, called the facility, and again was given the run around about payments out of pocket. Spoke with a manager whom didn’t solve the problem, but continued to stated the associate was new. Added that I would need to pay an out of pocket fee first, that was fine, but nothing of that was displayed the two times speaking with said associate. Then I was told to come in person after explaining, again, my current state and injuries per why I needed video intake. It was a total mess. Never visiting them nor anyone I know!

Shreeya, a PA, was my practitioner today when I visited Med Life for the first time. This morning I felt symptoms of a UTI and we leave for a 2 week trip tonight. I cannot use my doctor I’ve had for 20 years because they do not accept United Healthcare now. So I searched online and found Med Life. They have excellent reviews and I see why! They were courteous, conscientious and thorough, even for a short, simple visit.
I will make them my Primary Care Provider now, as well!
The wait was about 40 minutes, but she was apologetic about that. I understand.

I absolutely LOVE Hailey. When I saw her for my first appt I had a lot of things medically going on. I had been really discouraged trying to make sense of all that was going on with me. Hailey was absolutely amazing. She went through each and every thing going on and told me we would get to the bottom of everything. She literally covered everything in the visit. Started lots of testing, adjusted medication I had been on for a long time. She also referred me to a Rheumatologist for additional diagnosis and testing. Within a couple follow up visits so much has changed for the better. I felt heard and she literally covered it all with me. I love her so much I even rescheduled one of my follow up because she off that day ??. If you need someone who is kind, thorough, caring and just AMAZING then Hailey is your answer!!! Thank you Hailey for everything!!!!

I will not be going back. They were unable to identify 2 fractures in my daughter’s arm the day I was there, and a radiologist still hasn’t been able to review her xrays so we had to go to another urgent care and my daughter had to have another xray since the cd of the image is unreadable.

I felt very comfortable at this office. The assistants were nice at the front desk, and back office. I was accommodated due to the pain I was in. There was no rush through my visit and the doctor was very nice and explained everything very well with absolute eye contact. It didn’t feel like I was visiting an Urgent Care facility.

I love the provider, she is awesome. She listens and takes time to discuss symptoms and possible treatment options.
My issue is with the billing department. I have paid my co-pay everytime I have visited the office except the first, they could not verify my insured but I paid it my second visit. I have a $40 bill being texted & mailed to me. I am told by the office it is a billing mistake, they charge a specialty copay told me to call my insurance company. The company processes claims as they are presented to them. Your billing department does not answer calls and the voice mail box is full. This needs to be corrected asap.

I felt it took a while to be called to back close to 40 minutes. I also am not a fan of primary care mixed with services like botox and filler. The front desk staff seemed to be about 6 people with only one actually helping patients which slowed down process

One of the front desk staff was not friendly at all. Every person waiting in line was uncomfortable with her. She made us feel as if we were troubling her. I understand sometimes we all have bad days, but when people are coming in sick, we don’t want to feel as if we are a burden to someone who is suppose to be helping one another.
