My appointment was at 1pm i arrived at the office at 12pm. I was sent to the room at 12:38 . I WAS THE ONLY PATIENT AT THE FACILITY. At 1:15 the doctor had not shown up so I left and saw that the doctors where in a meeting. I was never seen by the doctor

I went there for an annually visit so it's a great place, nice people.the doctor started by Gathering details about my current symptoms, she asked, about my past,and family health backgrounds to have an overall view. explain my symptoms,and weighing multiple options for my condition, and proposing treatment options with care. 1000000/10! Dr. Rachel Kirk was so kind. I was able to get a same-day appointment. I had a painful procedure done, but I'm not sure I would have made it through with any other provider. She was so kind, patient, and comforting. I can't recommend her enough. Thank you soooo much!!!!

Sufficient parking! Our first visit to a new provider! Premises and rooms top class! A great experience from entry, reception and all other staff very helpful and friendly! Dr Kirk was outstanding the interaction was great! Got up to speed on our history fast. We were happy with her diagnosis and treatment. We helped ourselves to a cup of coffee and also received a welcoming gift. Thank you! ??????

The doctors office itself was wonderful, but I won't be recommending zocdoc to anyone. I made this appointment through zocdoc as I was looking for a dermatologist and zocdoc recommended a dermatologist-less family practice.
I already knew I needed a dermatologist and thought that's what I signed up for, so now I'm getting charged a bunch to have a doctor tell me everything I already knew.
0/10, zocdoc failed at it's most basic task and I'm honestly just super annoyed and bitter about it :(
