I had a negative experience. I chose this doctor on Zocdoc due to the location being 2 blocks away from my house. I got there at 0850, and the place wasn’t open. Ok, fine, I thought. Maybe they are running behind. Waited outside on the sidewalk (the clinic entrance is right on Roosevelt Avenue) until 0921 when I decided to give up and walked back home. So unprofessional. Made me wonder if this place and the doctor is even a real/legit one. Come to find out, there’s another review about this doctor, with a similar situation as mines, the person got there and the place wasn’t open and they called her back 2 hrs from her appointment. Now in my case, I believe they never opened up for the day. Coz I rebooked myself to another doctor in Jackson heights for 0100 appointment. When on my way to the new place, I passed by this clinic (this is around 12:30-12:40), they were still closed. Please Zocdoc, have a look into this. This is my first negative experience via Zocdoc.

I showed up at the place 15 minutes earlier like they suggested in the text message and they never opened. Even though I waited for almost 2 hours walking around. They called me back after I was gone already. They are supposed to be open at 9am and nobody was there.

The appointment was made to see a primary care doctor. I showed up on my time for the appointment, waited there one hour then was met by the nurse who took my health info down, then waited 35 minutes to be seen by a doctor who said that I'll have to come again to see a primary doctor because she can't help me.
