When I arrive from my appointment, the receptionist let me that there wouldn’t be a medical assistant arriving for at least another hour, they didn’t even have doctors on staff today, so I left.

Mariah was so nice and so understanding. Took her time explaining my options and listening to me. The front desk staff person was helpful and friendly and the clinic was spotlessly clean.

my time was wasted. I was told they don't work with your company and I had no appointment. They also didn't have what I wanted even though I was confirm fir this appointment.

This place says they don’t honor ZocDoc appointments and it’s not a true urgent care since you have to switch to their team of doctors as primary.
