Made the appointment through Zocdoc. When I arrived for check in I was told that they didn’t have my name for an appointment to which I showed the confirmation I had in Zocdoc. They then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t make appointments with them through Zocdoc because they don’t receive them. Although they accommodated me, I couldn’t see the doctor because apparently my health insurance (MedStar Select) could only be accepted if I had a medical condition like (glaucoma, etc) and since I was only there for an eye exam nothing could be done.

Quick, easy, efficient appointment - in and out in 45 minutes. Tech was friendly and competent, Dr was pleasant and put in place an effective plan of care. Plus, there’s free parking diagonally from the office. Definitely recommend!
