Dr. Marchant does not mess around. He got to the heart of the problem. We went through a series of shoulder mobility tests and questions. Next up: Scheduled MRI scans.
I'd been to an orthopedic specialist prior to Dr. Marchant, and that other guy does not hold a candle to Dr. Marchant.

My appointment was scheduled at 830am, taken back and spoke with the athletic trainer. She or the staff never once said the doctor was not in the building. Waited over 30 minutes opened the exam door asked a worker where the doctor is. He states that they don't know where he is or when he will show up. The main room for improvements are communication from the office staff to patients and the doctor working on punctuality. With the doctor not showing up, I want my co-pay back

I would highly recommend Dr. Marchant for an orthopedic issue. He was very thorough with the information that I brought to him and followed up with an X-ray to make sure he saw everything correctly. I was comforted after his evaluation.

Dr. Marchant was one of the best doctors I have seen in years! I had been through a year of pain in my legs and sides but only when I lie down. I was sent to a Pain Management Office who started out with PT then recommended knee injection and none of this helped. Dr Marchant pointed out that the pain was not coming from my knee at all but he believed from Bursitis in both hips. He gave me injections on both sides and for the first time in a year I am able to sleep on my sides.

The front desk staff is not properly trained for customer service. We were disappointed to learn we needed to fill out intake forms a 2nd time and scan insurance cards a 3rd time. I tried to get an understanding of exactly what was needed when I was asked to re do my paperwork but the front desk woman accused me of yelling at her, and tried to embarrass me in front of the entire waiting room. I told her in a whisper she was being completely inappropriate and requested a supervisor, who was not on site ( thus why she felt entitled to treat patients in this manner). The radiology staff was superior and extremely helpful. But untrained staff in your front office has made me want to seek a provider elsewhere. This woman was well versed in her condescending behavior. Because of all this nonsense, our appointment started 45 minutes after we arrived.

This was my first visit with this practice. I came looking for a second opinion. Dr. Marchant listened to what I had to say and did not dismiss my pain. We came up with a game plan and I feel like I received more care here than I did at a different Doctor's office. I am very happy with my decision to become a patient year.

Dr. Marchant is wonderful. The office staff is also wonderful. One suggestion, if the office is running over 1 hour late, it would be nice to be advised of that by email or text in case rescheduling is necessary. Overall, I'm pleased & grateful for Dr. Marchant & his staff.

Wait time was minimal. The staff was friendly and professional. Dr Marchant was patient and very thorough assessing my injury. He took his time educating my on the physics of my shoulder and how the injury occurred. While most doctors seem to rush in and out of the exam room attending to a backlog of double booked patients, this practice doesn’t do that and the doctors take the necessary time so you don’t feel rushed.
