It was a great experience. The doctor was great and so was the staff even though they didn’t have information about my appointment they saw me anyway when he saw me he was not the right doctor so he referred me to another doctor same day. He was a great doctor. Both were very well Known.

Love how all the Medstar doctors can access each other's images, especially when a condition involves more than one body part. In my appointment Dr. Wisbeck was preceded by two of his Fellows. They gathered all the background info from me. This proved to be a very efficient process. The doctor listened well and understood my objective. He ordered custom orthotics for which I was scanned immediately after my appointment. The doctor described to the Orthotist what needed to be achieved in the orthotics. The process for designing these is state of the art, using 3D imaging rather than making a model from stepping in foam. I would highly recommend this practice.

There was a short wait to be seen but once I was called back everything ran smoothly from that point on. X-Rays were taken and the assistant came right in. Everything was thoroughly explained and an action plan was set. Everyone I intercepted with were friendly and knowledgeable.

Great doc and staff. Very loud waiting area, though. Plexiglass shields over the desk make it hard to hear the intake staff. I had to fill out paperwork for all the things I'd done on-line for zoc doc all over again with the staff; they said, "Oh, we don't get those." EXTREMELY frustrating.

Wait time once I was in the doctor office was long, but worth the wait. I was impressed by how thorough doctors were in diagnosing my problem and coming up with a treatment plan. I felt like they really listened and addressed my concerns .

If you are having trouble with your feet or ankle Dr. Wisbeck is the best. I had my left ankle operated by Dr. Wisbeck in 2017 and my ankle is still going strong. He is a very through and caring person with only his utmost care for his patients. I will stay with Dr. Wisbeckl for as long as he is in practice I have issues with my feet or ankle's.

The Zocdoc and MedStar appointment systems didn't connect to list my appointment. Thus when I arrived, my appointment was no where to be found. The front desk and physician's staff was helpful and squeezed me in and the meeting withbthe doctor and PA went well. Kudos to the staff for remedying the mistake and for great customer service.

Excellent physician, fellow, and admin staff. All around good experience. Dr. Wisbeck took the time to discuss the injury, how things are going, and treatment plan. Office staff is very efficient and helpful. We have been to Dr. Wisbeck's office several times for different injuries, and each time has been a very positive experience. The only thing they may want to check into is the Zocdoc appointment coordination/communication with the actual office appointments. Sometimes, the office doesn't know about the online appointments that are made. For our last visit, the office confirmed a 2:45 pm appointment viw email, and Zocdoc confirmed a 3pm appointment via email. So it seemed we had two different apointments.
