Dr. DeKlotz was really great! Knowledgeable, willing to answer questions, very calm and gentle while doing the procedure; just a good doctor in every way.
The office staff was also great! A very friendly, courteous, and kind group of professionals. They are the first "face" of any medical office and are very important. Granted, one goes for the skill of the doctor, but the office staff enables the doctor to be at her/his best and help keep the "mood" of the office.

Dr. DeKlotz was professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. My wait time was less than 10 minutes. I had been experiencing chronic itching in both my left and right ear for two years. At one point, I thought there was some living organism residing in my ear, such as an ear mite or some sort of mite in my ears. I finally broke down and visited a professional concerning the matter. Dr. DeKlotz assessed my ears and informed me the issue causing the chronic itchiness. He prescribed drops to treat my condition. I have been itch free for months now. I am forever grateful to Dr. DeKlotz!

Dr. Pai was awesome. She checked all the boxes of what I look for in a doctor, and exceeded my expectations! She came in and was really relaxed and patient, talked over all my issues and was very consultative about them. I had an issue with my nose and she was extremely honest about the surgery success rate even though she admitted other doctors tend to over inflate the success rates for these types of surgeries. I found her honesty extremely refreshing, and she cleaned my ears and gave me some alternative suggestions for my nose to try.

Dr. Semma Pai is a wonderful caring physician, patient and through in her examination and I appreciate her numbing my nasal passage when she had to use a camera. Great bedside manner. I had been looking for a really good ENT and I've finally found her. I highly recommend Dr. Pai. The folks at the front desk are great also especially Nurse Tyrone that took my vital signs. Only downside was the office. Front office staff was pretty busy having personal, unprofessional conversations when I arrived and had to wait to fill out what I needed.

Dr. Pai is an excellent doctor who truly cares for her patient. The long wait was not her fault, but the result of the previous patient showing up late for his appointment. She assisted me as soon as she could and took her time with me.
