The receptionist was late showing up at 9:25am to open the building. My appointment was at 9 and the building sign stated it opened at 9. She proceeded to tell me it was my fault because they are not affiliated with zocdoc and therefore not responsible for online booking. I stated that I have booked appointments from zocdoc before and never had a problem seeing the doctor. Then she went on to say I couldn’t see the doctor anyways because he is away on vacation for a week. Terrible experience with the staff while being sick.

Everything was so efficient from the moment I walked in the door. Friendly staff and the doctor truly took his time and listened to me. It wasn’t a PA, I actually SAW the doctor I booked! I’m relieved to finally have found the doctor I’ve been looking for!

This was my first time visiting Dr. Victor Njuko and so far I’m glad I changed PCPs. In one visit, he did more to get to the bottom of my problem than any other doctor I’ve been to. Totally recommend his office.

The doctor was amazing, very attentive and listened to my concerns. The receptionist on the other hand almost made me leave the office. When I presented she did not speak or acknowledge my presence at all. Her first words were “Did you fill out anything online?” I told her I had and she then stated she didn’t see anything and handed me the paperwork to fill in, but not before telling me I needed to pay. There was never a time when she greeted me or inquired how I was doing. She acted as if my presence were an inconvenience to her. Again the doctor was very good, his receptionist was horrible. She is supposed to contact me with information for a podiatrist… I think I’ll locate one before she does because I truly felt like an inconvenience to her.

The receptionist Savanna was very nice and professional, even assisted in located the right building and parking. Dr. Victor N was great at explaining/listening, he will definitely be my PCP from here on out.

When I arrived the front desk girl was super sweet, she got me checked in right away. After viewing my insurance card, she thought it was out of network and let me know immediately before charging me. After more investigation it actually was in network and got me squared away. She was also the nurse that got me situated in the room before seeing the doctor. The doctor needed my past medical records before doing anything, which is understandable.

I needed to see a doctor unexpectedly and was able to book the same day without hassle. Once there I was seen almost immediately and hand no wait. The doctor communicated with me well and even discussed in detail the medications he was giving me and what they would do especially with my preexisting medical conditions I was diagnosed with by my regular doctor. Would highly recommend this practice. Overall had a great experience.

Was looking for a new PCP after changing insurance providers. Dr. Njoku was super knowledgeable, answered every question thoroughly and went over all of my test results at length so that I understood everything.
