My insurance tend to have cheap bad providers but this doctor was absolutely the opposite of that. The service wasn’t only quick but thorough as well. Would definitely recommend this doctor as a PCP.

Dr. Micah was a breath of fresh air. His staff was wonderful took the time to answer any questions I had. I was extremely pleased with Dr. Micah's level of care and how thorough he was during the exam. This is the way Healthcare should be ran. I would definitely recommend.

Horrible experience.
First, the receptionist called me to tell me to cancel my appointment since they did not accept my insurance. I felt it very unprofessional that she would just tell me to cancel my appt. I told her I would be paying out of pocket but the next day she emailed me again telling me to cancel my appointment. I responded by saying once again, I’m paying out of pocket. They charged me a certain amount, no problem. That was Oct 25th. Now today (Nov 22) I get a call from another receptionist who asked me for my insurance member number. I told her my insurance wasn’t accepted & I paid out of pocket for my appointment. She was so confused because she claims my payment wasn’t recorded & I have a bill that tripled!! For what!? I originally saw Dr Edwin over a video call for less than 15 mins (which was very rushed) I couldn’t even get blood work or testing done cause they never sent the order to the labs or specialist! This place is so unprofessional & a waste of my money!

the office is nice ,clean and quiet not over crowded .staff was very friendly. I saw the doctor within 15 min after my vitals . Doctor was nice answered most of my question the rest will be for my follow up. Will definitely be back .

The office receptionist was friendly and thorough; the doctor was very thorough in obtaining my history and the reason for my visit what was especially comforting was that I was given an appointment for the next day and even offered a same day appointment when you have acute asthma/COPD this is paramount thank you Dr. Edwin for your kindness PS I even got an email there after indicating how happy Dr. Edwin was that I selected his office and what a pleasure it was to meet me it’s great to know that good business ethics still exist?
