I really liked Dr. Oberoi. Everyone was very kind.

I was able to book an appointment the very next morning. The staff was efficient. The wait time was minimal.
Dr. Oberoi’s assistant was very kind and pleasant. The doctor accessed my issues right away, ordered a blood test. I got a call the very next day, asking me to come in the next day and (this was a Saturday) to discuss the results.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Oberoi.

Everyone I talked to at Dr. Oneroi’s office was very nice! Her nurse Elena is lovely. Dr. Oberoi is straight forward and efficient. She gave me contacts for additional appointments I need and got me in for a blood test right away. I was very happy with my initial visit!

It was perfect for me as someone who has "doctor phobia." I haven't seen a doctor in at least 15 years. I figured it was time, even though no complaints/illness. Dr. Oberio took it slow and didn't overwhelm me with questions. She explained some tests she would order, and we go from there. Office was a little cramped and older, but staff was efficient and kind.
Best I can say is I felt they all cared about the patients.

I went in as a new patient 15 minutes early to fill out any information. The gal behind the desk checked me in and then, 15 minutes later, as the apt was supposed to start, says ‘ Oh! I didn’t realize you were a new patient! You have all this stuff to fill out!’ Even though the check-in literally said New Patient.. so that was frustrating. Furthermore they had my ID and insurance card but were calling me an entirely different name over and over to get my attention.. It felt really unorganized and like nobody really cared. The doctor was rushed and I felt very overwhelmed to be there. There was one staff that was kind and treated me like a human but, especially as a new patient, I did not feel safe or confident in the office.. I’m waiting for some blood work to come back but I have much lower expectations for the next visit. Hopefully they can gain some redemption next time!

My appointment was at 11:15pm and I arrived on time. However, I was made to wait over 45min because they couldn’t confirm my insurance coverage. When they finally confirmed my coverage, they tried to reschedule me, but I refused, because I arrived on time and I was already taking time off of work to show up to this appointment. Dr. Meena Oberon was very rude and tried to made me feel guilty for asking to be seen, insinuating I was wasting her time because now she will be late for her 1pm appointment. My time was also being disrespected, so I did not appreciate her tone or that comment. I work in the medical field and these treatment was very unethical.

Would not recommend the Doctor. Seemed like they have opened a Money Churning Machine in the name of Clinic where the wait time was so much. For appointment of 4pm. I was taken inside after 5:15. The main thing was I was rushed out within 10 mins... No extra questions were asked just a prescription written she just mentioned she will be back on 12 Sept... and will see me in detail after that so I should take another appointment before leaving office.

The Dr. asked me a lot of questions about the medications that I take. Also went over the results of the blood work that had been taken which the Dr. monitors. For a general practitioner I felt confident that the visit was successful. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Elana.

I have a “grandfathered” insurance plan. I know my summary plan details in and out and understand my coverage. Dr. Oberoi was convinced I was wrong in my understanding of my own plan that I have had for the last decade. My plan does not cover preventative care, this is why I have avoided dealing with primary care. I went to Dr. Oberoi for an existing wrist injury (DX by ortho and MRI but no surgery required) and she told me that she really couldn’t see me for it because I should be seeing the orthopedic surgeon (again, been there, done that and no surgery needed) and in addition to that without doing a wellness visit and bloodwork she couldn’t examine or speak to my wrist injury. I will not be returning. As much as I respect her knowledge as a physician, I did not appreciate being talked over while she insisted I didn’t understand my own insurance coverage and can’t imagine I would be heard in any other situation where she assumed my ignorance.

I wasn’t listened to and was denied a referral because the doctor said she’d never referred to a geneticist before. She didn’t look at any notes that were given before and was very combative. Still no answers!

Unpleasant visit. This doctor was rude and questioned me as if she didn’t want to treat me. Her nurse asked me if I took street drugs and her receptionist that sits on the front left ignored me and walked away when I was checking out. I was supposed to follow up but not with the treatment the office in a whole displayed. She clearly only wants to treat specific patients so why is she accepting all patients from Zocdoc?

I waited for about an hour before I was seen. When the doctor saw me she asked me the se questions the questionnaire asked. So it told me she didn't bother reading what I answered so what was the point of the questionnaire. She got upset and and an attitude after I told her I was not interested in taking medications. I told her I wanted to be seen for another reason so she was upset and said I can't help you. A waste of my time.

Dr Oberoi is a new Dr for my husband and I after our Dr who we saw for over 20 years retired. She has been very good at trying to get to know us and our medical history over the last couple of months. Dr Oberoi seems like she cares and is very knowledgeable,

My wife is an existing patient with this doctor and I have a very bad experience with this doctor. Everyone says to stay at home during the covid but this doctor insists me to visit to just make money. At first she spoke to my wife on the call and asked her how are you and asking me to pay for the consultation which is weird as she did not even ask any other things and to just to prescribe for medicine for the old patient. I rejected her paying the co pay and upfront said that I will changing my doctor and do not want to continue with her anymore. She is always behind money rather than patient care. I am really upset with her Behaviour. I dont have option to give 0 stars else I would have opted for that.

Staff at front desk wasn’t too friendly. Office altogether seemed disorganized and chaotic. Personal appearance/cleanliness of the Dr. was subpar. There was a huge hole in her lab coat. Felt I didn’t get a proper exam and was just advised to do blood tests right away. All in all the appointment was less than what I expected.
