I’ve been trying to get an appointment for three months! The receptionist called me twice to say that the doctor had gone on vacation for a month—twice! The third time, they contacted me just four hours before to cancel the appointment.

The office staff was very nice and friendly. But unfortunately I was not able to be seen the day of my appointment. When I arrived I was told that I was not on the schedule for the day. The office staff informed me that when appointments are booked through zocdoc, they send a text message saying to call the office to finish setting up your appointment. I never received this message because according to them I didn’t have a telephone number listed only an email and they don’t send emails (I received a text message confirming my appointment when I made it on the website so my number is listed somewhere). I’m not sure if this is an issue on the websites end or the offices end. I was not able to be rescheduled until over a month out. Despite the issue, I will say the staff was very friendly and I was helped very quickly.

This provider does not utilize electronic medical records or have a patient portal. She is a pleasant MD and the staff is friendly but the experience was not what I expected of an OB/GYN practicing in the 21st Century. I wish I had been told this in advance and I definitely would have chosen a different physician. I used my insurance benefit for my annual exam which now is not on record electronically for future reference. I’m highly disappointed.

I have never left a negative review but this was the strangest doctors office I had ever been in. Every square inch office was covered in unsettling images and signs including the reception desk window which made it hard to get attention of the receptionist. Thought it was an OB/GYN but there were photos of before and afters of skin or fat removal surgery all over. I was also given a paper survey to ask about my interest level in laser therapy treatments. The wait time was 2.5 hours total. I was weighed in some kind of messy staff break room, then was sent to a frigid exam room where I had to use a blanket they had out to stay warm. The doctor eventually told me to only take off my bottoms, keep on my top (a GYN first for me) and only had a cloth, not a full robe. Upon leaving the apt all of the prescription and final paper work was done through paper, nothing electronic so it left me with extra trips to the pharmacy that could have just been called in. Would definitely not recommend.

Dr. Jain was wonderful! Great listening skills! Very informative professional and pleasant to speak to! Very helpful with all my questions! I would recommend Dr. Jain to everyone! Only complaint was! I had to wait 1.5 hrs. In the waiting room then another .5 hrs in the exam room until I saw the doctor! But her bedside manner makes up for all the wait time! Thank you Dr. Jain!

Dr Meenakshi Jain is absolutely the best, she’s extremely pleasant, polite, friendly and most importantly she has a motherly attitude ( not sure how to describe it better), she made me feel comfortable and calm. I am dealing with uterine fibroids, and finding a Dr with significant experience in that is challenging, I only found her through internet research… I can’t wait to get my Myomectomy done by her.

Be prepared to wait/be there for at least two hours. 45 minute wait in front office 30 minute wait in room. Then you finally start exam. Doctor was nice but office staff was rude & massively unorganized.

There were several ladies upset with the wait time in the waiting room but I was prepared to wait since it was my first visit and I was a new patient. Office staff very nice and I felt comfortable with Dr. Jain. I am happy with who Zocdoc recommended for my new gynecologist!

I waited two weeks for it to be approved I finally called the day before to make sure there was no confusion‘s and she said that it Zocdoc wasn’t
compatible with their system but when she asked me for my information she already had it in her hand then she called to say that I need to get a referral from my primary doctor which I have Aetna and I do not need a referral for anything she proceeds to get slick out of the mouth when I tell her I do not need a referral for OB/GYN I have my papers in hand to make sure and I called my primary doctor that I don’t have my first doctors appointment until January 2022 in my paper say no referrals needed and so did my primary doctor

We showed up early, but they keep the doors going locked at all times and to exit they have to unlock the doors. Appt time was at 2. Someone came out and said the doctor is running more than 2 hours behind. At that point 2 people left. I waited it out for 30 mins then left. They don't let you cancel just reschedule. Never saw the doctor. Just overly furious and won't be back.

I suggest if you use this app and you are a new patient to call the day after you make the appointment to confirm. I did not however graciously accommodated and by chance had a cancellation I was able to have.

My appointment did take a little longer than expected but I believe this is because Dr. Jain takes her time with each patient. When she came to my exam room, she took time to hear my concerns and address them to work with me on an individual treatment plan for my endometriosis.

The wait time is not worth the trouble. They made me wait a LONG time to use the bathroom, they kept forgetting about me. Staff although nice are scatterbrained. The 2 hour plus time for me (and the lady before me was unacceptable). Doctor was very cold and rushed with no bedside manner.

Understandably due to COVID precautions the wait time was extended, but this was to be expected. I prepared for that piece. The office handled the requirements well and made all the requests and mandatory actions known. It was my first visit with Dr. Jain and she was kind, listened, and was very thorough with her advice and follow up recommendations. I am happy to have found her and would highly recommend her.

im not the type to leave bad reviews, this is the first one I have EVER written in my life! The front office staff is horrible! rude and incompetent! I schedule my appointment trough zocdoc, when I showed up there wads no record of my appointment and I had to reschedule until the next day at 10:30. Which I was okay with, I understand sometimes mistakes can happen. I showed up a half hour before my scheduled time and completed paper work. The Dr. didn't even show up to her office until close to 12 pm. and I had to be to work at 1pm! and once she arrived the literally took her time as if my time was not important. I ended up be a hour and a half late to work just for a 10 minute visit with the doctor. every concern I expressed to her she brushed and as if she wasn't listening! 2 weeks goes by and I request a copy my labs and they tell me they cant find my chart. I called again after receiving NO follow up phone call requesting them again. and again, they cant find my chart! and hanging up when asked why is was missing for almost a month . I would neverrrrrrrrrrr suggest anybody schedules here.

I love Dr Jain and I think that for people who need her specialized services should see her but the waiting time is not worth it for a routine pap.

As always doctor gave me 100%. With an especial condition as I have, I can not be in better hands, over years doctor Jain has resolved all my issues and concerns to the best. She is very personal and is truly concern about my well being. Even though the wait time is long is worth it and I will not change her.

My appointment was at 11:15 and Dr. Jain did not see me until 2:50, i had a class that started at 2, and I was forced to miss it because of her unprofessionalism. She also did not give me the generic prescription I needed and I was forced to pay a pricy copay for my medication. I will not be returning to her office.
