Welcome! For over 11 years, I have supported adults with a variety of mental health challenges, including borderline personality disorder, addiction, eating disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and emotional dysregulation. I am passionate about helping clients like you experience both symptom relief and true healing through therapy tailored to your unique needs. Using dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Somatic Experiencing® (SE), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and other trauma healing modalities, we work together to develop strategies to deal with distressing situations, improve your interpersonal relationships, and find presence in your everyday life.
My treatment is grounded in evidence-based modalities and blends DBT, SE, Buddhist psychology, yoga, and other compassion-forward practices. I offer a comprehensive telehealth DBT program that adheres to the gold standard treatment model—this includes individual psychotherapy, group skills training, phone coaching and bi-weekly therapist consultation groups.
I am honored to provide my clients with the same therapies and practices that have been transformative in my own life. In the past few years working with Megan as my therapist, I have made progress in many areas of my life that I never thought possible and gotten to know myself in ways I never did before. Megan is serious about DBT, passionate about what she does, and truly believes in what she teaches. She has a realness and warmth about her and knows how to create a therapy environment where you can say anything you need to and it's ok. There is no judgment. Therapy for me has been full of hard work and ups and downs, but Megan doesn’t give up on people. I know that she genuinely cares about me and wants to see me do well and that helps me care too, even on the days that I really don't want to. Megan has helped change my life for the better and I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

When I first heard about DBT, I was feeling lost, scared and doubtful anyone could help me. I really struggled with opening up to others, but then I met Megan. She created an environment where I felt safe, comfortable, and understood. I've grown and learned so much about myself ever since I embarked on this journey with her, and I couldn't be more grateful.
