Hi, I’m Megan, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner licensed in Connecticut and New York with over 20 years of experience in mental health. As a working single mom of three, I understand how overwhelming it can be to balance work, parenting, relationships, and everyday responsibilities while still prioritizing your own mental health. I work with adults experiencing Depression, Anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Mood Disorders, and ADHD. I also specialize in helping clients recover from narcissistic relationships, emotional abuse, attachment trauma, and unhealthy relationship patterns. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. I believe mental health care should feel personal and compassionate. My sessions are collaborative, conversational, and focused on genuine connection and individualized care rather than simply answering checklist-style questions. I offer telehealth appointments for clients located in Connecticut and New York. Self-Pay Fees Initial Psychiatric Evaluation Session Fee $300 Follow up Visit (30 minutes)-$150 Follow up Medication Management and Psychotherapy (60 minutes)- $225
