As hard as it might be to start the process, finding a therapist who is a good fit is one of the most important steps towards taking your life back. My goal is to help you figure out what is best for you, and how to start moving in that direction. In addition to individual therapy, I also can provide supervision to social workers still in school or with their LCSW needing an independent clinical supervisor.
