My name is Dr. Melissa Hurley, and I am a clinical psychologist with over 25 years’ experience helping people solve problems, cope with everyday life, and realize their full potential. I am well-versed in therapeutic interventions for depression, anxiety, personality disorders, bipolar illness, trauma, grief and loss, relationship issues, sexuality, OCD, ADHD and more. The first step, reaching out for help, can be the most difficult. When you’re already overwhelmed, it can feel like an insurmountable challenge. However, rest assured: when you are ready to make that leap, I will be here with a soft place for you to land. I strongly believe that every human being is worthy and unique, deserving of compassion and respect, and my practice is based upon a blend of cognitive-behavioral and humanistic therapies. Together we will determine your specific, individual needs and develop a partnership within which you can safely explore your concerns and achieve your goals.
