Many women find me when they are carrying complex relationship dynamics with partners, parents, children, workplaces, and most quietly with themselves. Their sensitivity has rarely been named or honored. These patterns often ask them to over function, over give, or stay small, and the body begins to speak through physical health challenges, nervous system overwhelm, or symptoms that no longer feel random. In our work we start where you are now. Your symptoms, your stress, your questions. From there we gently widen the lens to see how nervous system, beliefs, relationships, health, and history are woven together. We pay close attention to what your body is telling us and where you may have overridden your own needs or rhythm. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I draw from integrative mental health, trauma-informed practice, mind-body wisdom, and quantum biology-informed understanding of stress and the nervous system. The goal is that what you feel begins to make sense rather than feel like a personal flaw. Together we move away from self-abandonment and toward alignment with your own rhythm, needs, and values so relationships with others and with yourself feel more truthful, steady, and sustainable. If you are longing for a place where you don't have to hold it all together, where your sensitivity is not a problem to fix but a form of intelligent design to understand, I would be honored to explore whether we're a good fit. MA, CA + AZ only. My Practice & Services I specialize in working with women who feel deeply and sense the world in ways that often leave them overwhelmed or exhausted, even when life on the outside looks responsible and capable. I honor whatever path feels most aligned for you right now. Holistic Psychotherapy Many women find support through weekly or biweekly sessions, available in 40-minute and 60-minute formats, paced to support your unique rhythm. We begin with where you are now, with your questions, your stress, what your body is telling you. From there we gently widen the lens to see how nervous system, beliefs, relationships, health, and history are woven together. Embodied Somatic Therapy Intensive For those who feel called to deeper processing, the intensive creates a longer, full-day container where we can settle, follow the full arc of your experience, and support both release and integration without the stop-start rhythm of one-hour appointments. Rather than staying in mental processing, the extended time allows us to slow down and tune more deeply into your felt sense and sensory intelligence. The quieter voices beneath the noise have space to be heard, integrated, and released. This allows unprocessed experience to move through its entire arc, so that when the day ends, your nervous system can actually receive and implement what sustains you. Within 7 days following the intensive, I offer a brief 10–20 minute check-in call. After that, you choose the frequency that suits your rhythm. All services are offered via secure telehealth on my Jane Clinic platform. Psychotherapy services are available to clients located in California, Massachusetts and Arizona, where I am licensed. We can talk together about what is clinically appropriate and what best fits your needs right now. All new patient visits will cost $260 (out-of-pocket).

Melissa is a wonderful therapist. I have been seeing her regularly for almost 2 years and she has helped me in so many ways. I live a very busy life as a working mom with 3 kids and a recent divorce and as a sensitive woman it all gets a bit overwhelming sometimes. Melissa helps me to reconnect with my breath and my heart and what really matters and helps ground me in my body again. Then it all feels manageable again. I am so thankful to Melissa and all the inner peace, love and light she has helped me find within.
