I highly recommend Melissa Grupe for therapy services. My son has been seeing her for quite some time, and she consistently demonstrates patience, understanding, and a thoughtful ability to encourage him to open up. He has always found it difficult to talk about his feelings, but Ms. Grupe has a unique way of connecting with him—she truly listens and meets him where he is while gently guiding him through his challenges.
My son struggles with emotional regulation and has been diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, and is on the autism spectrum. Through his work with Ms. Grupe, he has learned coping strategies that he understands and actually applies in his daily life.
Ms. Grupe is kind, supportive, and provides valuable insight and feedback to both my son and me as a parent. She is also flexible and accommodating when it comes to scheduling, which has been incredibly helpful for our busy family. I’m very grateful for the positive impact she has had on my son’s growth and well-being.
