I have been lucky enough to work with clients from many walks of life over the last six years, with experience working in schools, substance use/dual diagnostic treatment settings, outpatient therapy settings, and alongside primary care practices. I utilized cognitive behavioral, solution focused, dialectical behavioral and other tools to help you develop a routine of self-nurturing and healing that works for YOU!
