Hello! I'm Lindsey Tatum, a Nurse Practitioner deeply committed to providing compassionate and comprehensive care. With board certifications in both Family Nursing and Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, my career has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in patient management, clinical judgment, and effective communication. My practice is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. I specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, adjustment disorders, ADHD, Opioid Use Disorder (Suboxone treatment), Alcohol Use Disorder and many other areas with an approach that is client centered and individualized. I am so proud of you for seeking help and cannot wait for us to work together to help you find the best version of yourself. In my telehealth psychiatric practice, I am committed to providing comprehensive and compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs. A few of the principles that I focus on include: Client-Centered Care, Continuous Engagement, and Empowerment/Education. I prioritize understanding each client’s unique experiences, values, and goals. By building a collaborative relationship, I ensure that treatment plans are aligned with their personal needs and preferences. My clients should leave our sessions feeling supported, heard and valued. I also encourage self reflection and realization to allow personal growth and foster positive changes. I am passionate about partnering with my patients on their health journey, listening to their needs, and providing the support they deserve. Lindsey is great. She listened to my concerns, asked the right questions and assisted me with the necessary treatment she thought was best suited to me. I appreciate she likes a holistic approach but likes to take things moderately if discussing Medicine. She was very helpful and I look forward to my next appointment.
