This was probably the best annual checkup I have ever had. Dr. Menocal and his staff are top notch. The bedside manner of Dr. Menocal was superb. First time meeting him and it felt like he had been doctor for years. I also appreciate that his offices give back and assist the community! I have referred my coworkers to the Hagerstown location. A+

The entire staff was just wonderful!!! I felt like I already knew everyone, I was there less than a half hr and had everything including hood work done right there. I felt Sydney’s bedside manner was so professional yet so friendly and she was very thorough! super happy and felt well taken care of.

Service provided as described but the app was a little misleading that I found this provider as OBGY. It turned out they are not while they could still see me for my symptom.

I’m disappointed with the service. I had a medical appointment scheduled for this morning, December 27 2024, at the Hagerstown office, and when I arrived, it was closed. No one informed me in advance about the closure, nor did they offer any explanation. I wasted time and effort getting there, which is unacceptable. I hope they improve their communication with patients to avoid similar situations in the future.

For my first time there the front desk girl was very nice and respectful. The nurse the same she was very sweet and good listening and the Doctor she was perfect for me she listen to me and all my problems and troubles she is a sweet person as well really respectful person to her clients.
