Mental Alive

Mental Alive provides adult psychiatric care across Florida with a focus on depression, treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, ADHD, insomnia, opioid use disorder, and alcohol use disorder. We offer thorough psychiatric evaluations, personalized medication management, and ongoing follow-up care. In-office Spravato (esketamine) treatment is available in a private, monitored setting for eligible patients with treatment-resistant depression. Suboxone (buprenorphine) treatment is available for opioid use disorder, with both telehealth and in-office options. Naltrexone and Vivitrol (extended-release injectable naltrexone) are available for alcohol use disorder. We support both sobriety and moderation goals. We are in network with Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Cigna, Evernorth, Florida Blue, and Lucet. Oscar Health and AvMed may have coverage through the Optum network, call to confirm. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or HMO plans. Care is available in English, Haitian Creole, and French. In-office visits are provided in Palm Beach County, Florida. Telehealth visits are available across the state of Florida for adult patients.
