Dr. Rita listens! I did not feel rushed, or like she was not truly interested in helping me. The provider showed up to our meeting in a hoodie and dim lighting. The wifi connection was terrible too, so I could barely understand what she was saying and felt like I was not being heard. The interaction seemed like a checklist more than a true evaluation. I'll try again with a different provider.
My previous provider left their practice so I was in need of a new prescriber. Dr. Vaitauskaite was easy to book with on Zocdoc, listened to me ramble about my mental health history, and was able to renew my prescription to maintain my meds. She was very patient and took the time to understand my background. Very appreciative and looking forward to my next appointment in a few months!
