Unfortunately she was not responsive. I’ve had psychiatric appointments before - they send through some materials and surveys for you to complete before the session. I didn’t do so until 20 minutes or so before, but I had uploaded my insurance information. She never showed up. I called the number linked to her to ask about how I’d access the session, no response. I texted, no response. I had run out of my SSRI after getting laid off from my previous job and wasted a day thinking I had finally gotten to someone who could help.
