I’ve seen Kara for acupuncture for over three years and every aspect of my health and wellbeing has improved because of her care. Kara is not only a brilliant acupuncturist, herbalist, and doctor of Chinese medicine, but also one of the kindest and most compassionate people I’ve ever met.
Her treatments are deeply effective—she takes time to listen, looks at the whole person, and always gets to the root cause instead of just treating symptoms. Whether it’s stress, pain, fertility, sleep, digestion, or emotional balance , Kara approaches everything with thoughtfulness, precision, and integrity.
I’ve watched her help everyone from small children to seniors with her gentle, intuitive, and evidence-based approach. She’s also funny, warm, and a fierce advocate for her patients’ and their health. If you’re looking for acupuncture or herbal care in Westchester or the surrounding suburbs, I can’t recommend Kara highly enough. She’s a true healer in every sense of the word. :)
