I had an appointment scheduled for 1 o’clock, but when I arrived 15 minutes early, the receptionist notified me that my appointment was listed for 11 and that everyone had already gone home. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to speak with the provider and thus cannot make any judgment about his level of professionalism or his care, but at least regarding appointments I found them lacking. ?
They were very friendly, and very informative about what they were going to do, and explained how each test was used, and what it done, and was willing to answer any questions, and the Doctor explained the procedure, and the after surgery care, and he wanted to make that I understood everything, and Shante’s to know if I had any questions or concerns. All in all I had a great experience.
