Andrea was great! I really appreciated her time and attentiveness when so many doctors rush you through your appointment. She was very easy to talk to as well.

I don’t write reviews, but, this place gave me enough reasons to do so. I was talking about my procedure with the lady that was taking my vitals, she says I won’t be able to get the scheduled procedure, but a wellness check instead. I agreed; the lady leaves the room and tells me to wait for the Nurse to come in. As I’m waiting in the room, I hear the lady telling the other employees around about my situation, “whispering” and reacting. I doubt she was aware I could hear all of them talk about me. I understand she’d share my information with the head nurse, what I don’t find necessary, but very disrespectful, is for her to tell another 3-4 women my situation. As a patient I felt uncared for and humiliated, hearing other people talk about me and my issue. Very disrespectful for a healthcare professional, who’s supposed to care for the patient and make them feel comfortable, to go around sharing my information, which I never agreed to, for them to have an opinion about it. HIPAA??

The wait time was horrible! It was literally over 2 hours after my appointment time before I saw the provider. I was about ready to leave and cancel the appointment altogether. Also I filled out all the forms online but had to fill it all out again in the office. Very annoying.

Andrea and the whole medical staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Andrea and my nurse took the time to listen to everything I had to say. They were compassionate and patient.
