I had a virtual appointment Nurse Practitioner Courtney Barret for a pain management consultation. , I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the start, she was kind, empathetic, and took the time to truly listen to my concerns. Her communication skills were excellent—she explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I felt heard and understood. Despite the appointment being virtual, her compassion and professionalism came through. She had a warm and reassuring bedside manner that immediately put me at ease. I left the appointment feeling hopeful and confident in the care plan she recommended. Highly recommend her to anyone seeking thoughtful and comprehensive pain management care.

Every PCP I've had in the past has rushed through each visit, not taking the time to listen or ask questions. This experience was shockingly and incredibly different. Dr. Lee Ann Kinney was patient, interested, and provided me not only with the answers that I needed for an array of different questions, but also asked follow up questions that resulted in me feeling more confident in the next steps needed to stay healthy. A wonderful wonderful experience.

I booked on zocdoc and it said they accepted my insurance and scheduled me. A few days later the do not accept my insurance and they said the sent a text and tried to call me, I didn't receive either. The receptionist was very helpful.

Ran out of meds and went days without. Had severe withdrawls. Do mot reccommend. Also refuses to sign amy work related documents and does not prescribe controlled medecine.

Finding quality care for my son as an adult has been a challenge, especially after the exceptional care he received as a minor. However, our experience with Gissy Suarez and her team has been nothing short of amazing. Their compassion, professionalism, and dedication have made all the difference.
After our first appointment, my son told his dad, “That was the best doctor I’ve had as an adult. This doctor actually listened to me. I feel heard.” There are no words to fully express our gratitude for the respect and care they have shown him.
