He is very understanding and easy to talk. He is always professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I have worked with him for 2 years and find him to be an outstanding therapist. My experience with him has been very pleasant and positive. He is reliable and has taught me that my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are all interrelated. I have learned healthy coping skills. He is a very good listener. I would recommend him highly.

I had a great experience with Catherine, she was very attentive, she listened to me she was very nice and understanding. I’ve always had problems looking for a therapist and I didn’t last long because I didn’t feel the connection. I felt a good connection with Catherine. She was very empathetic she gave me a lot of feedback you can tell she was really listening to me. I really love that. You can tell she does her job well. I highly recommend her. She’s awesome ?????? finally I no longer have to search for a good therapist.

This is my first time meeting with a therapist of any kind, I went in with skepticism and doubt that anything would help. Catherine was a great listener and had empathy for my situation. She gave me some goals to try to meet in order to help me get through the tough days. I felt better after our session, and could say I am happy I chose her. She's easy to talk to and I would definitely recommend her.

Catherine, was a very good therapist. She always knew how I was feeling just seeing my face. I'm a 61yr old woman. I was not sure if she would understand me being so much younger. Well I'm so happy to say I really think that she could work with anyone and any age. She is also very kind, she really cares. I had a history of attempting suicide . If I was having a hard day she would ask me if I was thinking of hurting myself and she would ask if she could call me the next day. She always did.. She is really great. My last psychiatrist I was with for 20 years before he passed away. I never thought I would find someone to help me like he did. Well I was wrong Catherine did. She is definitely an asset to you business. Thank you Judi.

My visit was fully virtual. Catherine was good at working around my schedule and taking my last minute appointments. She told me all the right things and gave me really good advice. She is one of the sweetest people I have ever met and she will be very missed. I honestly don’t think I’ll ever find another pure and genuine soul like hers.
