All of the staff and the doctor were very friendly, took all of my concerns seriously, and took the time to discuss all of my questions and opinions with me in detail. As an uninsured patient, they were also very considerate about the cost and making sure I knew how much the procedure was beforehand. Surprise medical costs are a huge concern for me, so I really appreciate that they went the extra mile to make sure I didn't end up in a situation with a a huge unexpected cost. I had a really fantastic experience all around and highly recommend both Chapel Hill Dermatology and Dr. Ross.
Everything was great, except for the wait time. Didn’t get to see the doctor until about 70 minutes after my appointment time.
