Dr. Gaston has an office with great information on gut health and overall well-being readily available all around the office. Additionally, he is able to perform procedures on site, thereby reducing the need to go someplace else for most procedures. He has a gentle prep for procedures and explains everything in great detail. He is well prepared for anything that comes up having both his FACP & FACG which means he trained to be more than just a great doctor but to be an excellent practitioner. Thank you Dr. Gaston for being an example of medical excellence!

Very friendly atmosphere in the office. Arrived before they opened, and the Receptionist allowed us to come in and wait. The Doctor was very friendly and informative. He took the time to explain everything and allowed me to set my own procedure date. He worked with me and ensured I understood everything before leaving.

I wasn’t going to write anything, and believe me I don’t do reviews either. Forget the fact that he has no assistant, other than his receptionist. So it took 2 weeks just to get a medication refill. I just felt like Dr Gaston could have offered way more solutions. Felt like he was just standing there well I try to explain my stomach issues that I’ve been having for years. I am not the best at articulating my illness and symptoms but I recently stop going and went to another GI (my 3rd) in the last 2 years. He’s a good person I think, but his doctor skills could use some touch and modernization. Then on top of all of that, I discovered I had a hemorrhoid and while I didn’t want him to examine or investigate (offer solutions), the only thing he offered was the removal process which is extremely painful either way. Just not a pleasant experience. On to the next GI doctor I guess.

When I entered the facility, I first noticed how clean and peaceful it was. The staff was very kind and approachable. Dr. Gaston was very professional and pleasant. He patiently listened and made me feel comfortable. I felt like I was talking to my dad. My visit was perfect!
