When I arrived there was no one in the office I arrived the 15 minutes early making it 8:45am. I called no one answered I waited for 25 more minutes putting me at 9:10am. I called again and the voicemail said the office hours were Monday-Friday 9am-5am, why would you have it so you can make appointments on Saturday at 9am knowing your office is not open? This is poor professional on this doctor’s office. And there were 6 other appointments for the day available how were you going to fulfill them. Luckily I found urgent care that could help me. I highly do not recommend booking this doctor as she will not be there for your appointment.

My PCP for the past 10 years has just left her medical practice, so I found Regina Dupigny-Soumah on ZocDoc just yesterday. She is an amazing provider. Today was my first visit and she was patient and efficient. She already has a plan for my health and I am confident trusting her with my health.

Never had a doctor, nurse or anyone in the Healthcare field speak to me in the way this person did. Not to mention, she was about 2.5 hours late for the visit and got an attitude and would cut me off while speaking even when she would ask me a question about my reason for the visit. Tried to ask a question about something I needed and she cut me off saying she doesn't deal with that but she didn't even let me finish my question. Never received the info she said she would send. Very unprofessional. I am very visibly LGBT with deep voice, masculine face and feminine name and can definitely say she doesn't know how to do her job without her own beliefs getting in the way. Did another visit with another doctor under the same circumstances and they didn't talk/treat me the way this one did.

I was extremely satisfied with the service I was provided. She was pleasant and very easy to speak with. She was also very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease.

Nice except my prescriptions were not put in. Which is affecting me because my eye is in a lot of pain. Overall Regina was nice and the front desk person that called me prior to my appt.
