Doctor Neillands listens and her explanations and answers to the tests and my questions were detailed and clear. My appointment with Doctor Neillands was a very good experience.

This was the best eye doctor experience I’ve ever had. Everyone in the office was very friendly, and the office was clean. The doctor was kind and explained everything to me in simple terms. She was attentive to any concerns or questions that I had. She also showed me the images she took of my eyes and walked through everything that she was looking at, which no eye eye doctor has ever done for me before. My visit was very informative and thorough.

Super quick and easy! The only issue I had was that they didn't take my medical insurance (they did take my vision insurance). But that only mattered for one test and they explained what the cost would be without coverage and let me decide whether to do it or not. One of the people at the desk gave me very helpful information about my vision insurance that I didn't know and even gave me recommendations for better options. The doctor was friendly and easy to talk to. Very good communication all around.

Dr. Neillands and the staff at MV were prompt, courteous, and professional. The exam was very thorough with Dr. Neillands explaining everything she was checking and why (and how the eyes work in general). The staff there are very good. A pleasure all round.

I was sad when Dr. Tang left... for about 5 seconds. Dr. Neillands was even better. Answered my questions, thoughtful care throughout. Office is quiet and convenient, office staff are friendly and helpful. Advanced care that pulls from vision and health insurance to get the proactive observation and care I want to protect against my family history of eye disease.

Dr Neillands was very thorough. She listened to what I wanted to accomplish and adjusted the prescription of both my contact lenses and glasses. I’m thrilled with the results. I have not had this good of vision driving at night in years. And being able to forego reaching for the reading glasses is great. Also, very nice front desk staff.
