Very happy with the Eye Dr. and his office staff. We needed a new eye Dr. as ours had retired. The Dr. came highly recommended by others in my community and they were not wrong! Dr. Tobin Ansel was extremely thorough in his examination, explained everything in detail and patiently answered questions. His office is bright, clean, and well-equipped with up to date technology.
The office staff (technician and receptionist) were excellent. So friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The selection of frames for the eyeglasses was good, and the prices were not outrageous like they are at some other places. There is no requirement to use their frames services, but it made sense for me to keep it all in-house! There is definitely no hard sell at all.
I would not hesitate to recommend Metuchen Vision, and will definitely be making Dr. Ansel my preferred Eye Dr. for follow up visits.

It was an extremely pleasant experience with the doctor Dr. Ansel and the staff in general . I was made to feel extremely comfortable and disarmed by the professional empathetical attitude of one and all . It was very obvious to me that they all know their stuff very well Dr Ansel seemed so thorough confident unassuming and pleasantly communicative which is all that a patient / client could ask for . It was also delightful to deal with the front office staff( wish I remember their names ;my apologies) who all provided with what we used to describe as customer delight in my days as a Mental Health professional , which is way above just customer satisfaction All in all a very homely even as it was a professional feel with no nonsense approach God bless them all

Yes I will go back. The staff was patient she checked other insurance I had and was pleasant about it. Office was extremely clean . I had very little wat time. I had the other tests done by another pleasant employee while I waited. Will definitely recommend this Dr.

The front seat staff was friendly and the Optometrist asst was excellent in giving advice on glasses! Dr Valerie was professional new her stuff, explained the different tests and I believe sent me for the right follow up for glaucoma. Overall much better than last doc!

Dr. Danford is the best! She is very professional and friendly. She listened what I want for contact lens very carefully and tried to meet all of my criteria. Also, she carefully examined my eye condition with a number of methods. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is the best doctor around!!

I think this is one of the best eye doctors I’ve ever been to! They were all so nice! And the appointment was SO thorough and relaxing. I learned some stuff about eyes and how they work during! It was just a really nice overall experience; I’ll definitely be back for my next annual check up!
