What an amazing doctor! She took the time to actually examine me. She listened and took detailed notes. She did a few quick tests to help assess my condition. Such an amazing experience! Just a note: the building number is incorrect in ZocDoc. This doctor is located in building 4, not building 8.

Fantastic experience all around. Easy to get an appointment, friendly (and helpful) call from the office to ensure I knew how to find the office, great experience at the front desk and by the nurse (friendly, warm, funny), minimal wait time and a thoughtful, comprehensive visit with Dr. Kuruvilla. She was patient, listened to my (potentially vague) ramblings related to my knee and running, and then was able to quickly size me up after a few short exercises. She explained the diagnosis and the prescribed way forward in a very practical, achievable way. She was direct without being brusque and helpful without sugarcoating. A great experience. I hope I don’t need to return. But I’d feel confident should I have to.
this was my first visit with Dr Kuruvilla...she spent time going over my medical history and was thorough with her questions on why I was there today. She gave me a complete physical exam and we went over our next step.... I'm very happy with my experience today..

The doctor was fine. But was not able to treat me to the full extent because she was on a 30 minute schedule. The appointment was rushed. I believe this not to be the doctors fault but that of the office. But there was no real resolution to my problem. I will not be returning to that office. Also, I was marked late because they couldn’t check me in until they put my insurance in, whi ch took them 11 minutes. I was right on time. But they couldn’t figure out how to enter my insurance. Then the doctor told me I was late and couldn’t treat me for the whole 30 minutes. Once I told her that it had to do with the front desk, she allowed me to stay the full 30 minutes. It still felt very rushed though.
The staff was friendly. The facility was clean and followed all the proper protocols. The doctors were professional, friendly and good communicators. They took their time to listen, to ask questions and with examination.

This is great office. The front desk was super nice and efficient. I had no wait time after providing my information (though I was the first apportionment of the day). Dr. Kuruvilla was really nice and very attentive. She spent a lot of time on examination to make sure the root of my wrist pain was identified, instead of just referring me right away for an MRI with little examination which is what I experienced in the past at other providers. I appreciated her detailed and conservative approach.
