I scheduled my appointment through Zocdoc specifically to see the physician whose profile, credentials, and experience were advertised on the platform. That was the reason I chose this practice. Unfortunately, I was never informed that the doctor I selected would not be seeing me. Instead, I checked in, underwent a CT scan, was evaluated by a technician, and later seen by a nurse practitioner. Both the technician and the nurse practitioner were professional My concern is the complete lack of transparency. At no point before or during check-in was I told that the physician I booked with would be absent. I was never offered the opportunity to reschedule or decide whether I wanted to proceed with another provider.. Patients use Zocdoc to choose a specific physician, not just an appointment time. Failing to disclose this change beforehand is misleading and disrespectful of the patient’s right to make an informed decision.

I learned more about my nose parts from this short visit than multiple visits to other ENT practitioners. The staff is very professional and smelt of lavender and vanilla- it was quite pleasant. This crew is like a band of super-heros but without the spandex outfits. They certainly deserve capes. Would book here again.
