I provide a safe, supportive space for individuals and families to explore emotional challenges and psychological distress. My approach is grounded in psychodynamic therapy and integrates mindfulness practices, cognitive-behavioral techniques, mediation, and energy healing to support insight, balance, and meaningful change. I am trained in both individual and family therapy and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I work with individuals facing challenges such as addiction, depression, panic, anxiety, phobias, OCD, and anger. I also support people who feel stuck in their lives and are seeking clarity, movement, and meaningful change. I believe healing begins with feeling understood. I strive to build a compassionate, empathetic therapeutic relationship where clients feel safe to explore challenges, and move toward meaningful change.
