I used Zocdoc to book a primary care physician to help me with knee pain. I booked this doctor and was offered a virtual visit, so I took it. When I showed up for the appointment I was seen by someone who was not Dr. Grady who very rudely told me they could not help with knee pain. She did not ask about swelling or pain but immediately went into telling me they don’t do workman’s comp. They are using Grady’s name and reputation to get one over on people.

Recently moved to area and wanted to connect with a PCP. I was able to get an appointment within a week. Met with the PA I initially . Everyone was friendly and professional. Would recommend them.

The medical expert was fine but I think there could have been more questions or investigation to symptoms. It ended up being a sinus infection that didn’t get better. Instead, I was told it was likely allergies and while I know it’s allergy season, it felt like while they were polite there wasn’t any need to get to know me better. Maybe that’s just video consultation now.

Dr Grady is terrific. He communicates clearly, states his opinion when he thinks you need to make a change but doesn't bully. I found him on Zocdoc and have been seeing him for a little over a year. My interactions with him and with his staff all have been positive.

My appointment was with Katie Sullivan, FNP. She was very invested in hearing my concerns and gave me feedback on each and every concern I raised, along with recommendations for treatments and side effects. She explained the science of what my concerns were. Very attentive. I didn’t feel rushed or like the she was in a hurry to see other patients. She gave undivided attention, never once looking at her watch or checking her phone, etc. Definitely one of the best health professional experiences I’ve had.

This is the most pleasant and wonderful interaction I've had with a medical professional in actual years. The nurse (sorry I forgot her name) was efficient and excellent. Then I saw Grace Beers (PA) and she had a perfect manner of getting straight to the relevant information, listening to my concerns, and forming the best treatment plan that we both trusted. I can't believe I was so lucky to stumble into this provider on here.
